Accessibility Statement
We want VioletNexus to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies.
Last updated: July 11, 2026
Template notice: This statement is a generic template describing our accessibility intent and process. It should be reviewed and adapted by qualified counsel and validated against an actual audit before being relied upon in production.
1. Our Commitment
Accessibility is part of how we build. We aim to design and develop the VioletNexus platform and marketing site so that people with a wide range of abilities can perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with them. We treat accessibility as an ongoing practice rather than a one-time task.
2. Conformance Target
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Targeting a standard is a goal we work toward continuously; it is not a claim of certified, defect-free compliance.
3. Measures We Take
In pursuit of our target, we build with semantic HTML and a logical heading structure; provide a visible "skip to content" link and keyboard-operable navigation; maintain visible focus indicators; use accessible form labels, required-field indicators, and status messages announced to assistive technologies; honor reduced-motion preferences so animation never blocks input or shifts layout; and work toward sufficient color contrast in both light and dark themes. Accessibility considerations are included in our design and code review.
4. Compatibility
We aim to support current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies, including screen readers and keyboard-only navigation. Accessibility can depend on the specific combination of browser, operating system, and assistive technology in use, and older configurations may offer a reduced experience.
5. Known Limitations
As an actively developing platform, some areas may not yet fully meet our target, and content published by users of the platform is outside our direct control. We're committed to identifying and addressing gaps as we find them and as they are reported to us.
6. Feedback & Contact
We welcome your feedback. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information in an alternative format, please contact us at info@violetnexus.com. Please describe the issue, the page or feature involved, and the browser and assistive technology you were using, so we can reproduce and address it. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Assessment & Review
We evaluate accessibility through a combination of automated tooling and manual testing during development, and we review this statement periodically as the platform evolves. Where this statement describes intended practices, we work to keep our implementation aligned with them over time.
